(TMS)Transportation Management System

Our custom designed TMS allows us total control over your freight from the minute it picks up to the moment it gets delivered. By utilizing our EDI capabilities, we can integrate with your company's TMS or operating system so updates are in real time and seamless. Our TMS gives us the ability to accept shipments, build work orders, assign drivers, track shipments, provide updates, and finally invoice shipments all on a single platform.

(EDI) Electronic Data Interchange

Our IT experts here have the ability to integrate our TMS system with your TMS/operating system via EDI. By doing so we can make the two systems compatible so we can seamlessly accept, update, and invoice shipment. It really does allow us to operate as an extension of your own, in house operating system.

MacroPoint
With MacroPoint we have the ability to GPS track your shipments from start to finish. MacroPoint is integrated with our TMS system to provide real time, automatic updates. We can even set it up to send you email updates if you prefer so you know where your freight is every step of the way. Here are examples of the types of updates Macropoint automatically provides our TMS:

• Driver is en route to the pick up location, Driver is at the pick up Location, Driver has departed the pick up location
• Driver has arrived at the delivery location, Driver has departed the delivery location, and load is delivered
• Real time Location Updates along the way (every 4 hours, or more often at your request)
• Real time ETAs, Macropoint can tell you how far ahead or behind schedule a driver is
