- 3% flat rate, same day quick pay program. That 3% only applies to the Line Haul Rate. We do not charge that 3% on any accessorial charges (unloading fees, detention pay, etc.)

Criteria for Getting Set Up:
If you are interested in becoming a transportation partner, please send an email request to newcarriersetup@jamestransportation.com or call us at 636-317-1456. We work with new carriers as long as they pass our screening process. All New carriers must meet the following criteria:
- Have a satisfactory safety rating
- Have no negative reports on the carrier performance and reporting programs we use.
- Can provide us with at least 3 trade references
- Must meet our general insurance requirements: 100k in cargo coverage, 1 million in auto liability (these requirements can vary from customer to customer as sometimes certain customers require more coverage but these are the minimums we require to get set up).
- We will also need a copy of your authority, W9, & signed transportation agreement
